Overview

Well established (20 years), industry leading SoCal Residential Real Estate FLIP Fund is seeking an experienced PROJECT MANAGER to fill an immediate opening in the LA/OC area.

Responsibilities

• Project Management including rehab estimating, planning, scheduling & management
• Budgeting & tracking, vendor management, cost control and procurement
• “Appraise” properties as directed and trained by Management
• City/County/Building Department interaction as required
• Assist resale department

Qualifications

• Construction Field experience helpful but not mandatory
• Self Starter & deadline oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
• Ability to analyze RE assets including location, desirability, rehab cost, retail value
• Bi-Lingual is a plus
• Real Estate License is a plus
