Leadership:

  • Drive strategic initiatives aligned with market trends and goals.

Coaching and Development:

  • Design and implement coaching programs for sales and leadership skills.

  • Conduct one-on-one coaching with top producers and emerging leaders.

  • Promote continuous learning through training sessions and workshops.

Growth Strategy:

  • Develop and execute growth strategies to expand market share.

  • Lead key business initiatives and ensure technology adoption.

  • Analyze market trends to inform strategic decisions.
