Construction Litigation Associate Attorney (Mid to Senior Level)

Location: Miami, FL

Work Type: Onsite

Experience: 3+ Years

Compensation: Based on Experience

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in construction‑related litigation, including contract disputes, defect claims, and delay claims.
• Handle real estate litigation matters connected to development projects and large‑scale commercial construction.
• Draft legal pleadings, motions, and discovery requests/responses.
• Conduct legal research, develop case strategy, and engage in oral advocacy before courts.
• Manage cases independently or in collaboration with trial teams.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction or real estate litigation.
• Strong legal research, writing, oral advocacy, and discovery skills required.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of complex casework.
• Must be admitted to the Florida Bar or eligible for admission.
• Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑performance legal environment.
