Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert advice and guidance throughout the process.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about property values, market trends, and neighborhood developments.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients to ensure favorable terms.
• Prepare and present property listings with detailed descriptions and high-quality visuals.
• Manage property showings, open houses, and client meetings effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions, client interactions, and property listings through real estate administrative tasks.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other legal requirements in all transactions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and repeat business.
• Collaborate with other real estate professionals such as mortgage brokers, appraisers, and inspectors to facilitate smooth transactions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales or real estate is preferred; however, motivated individuals willing to learn are encouraged to apply.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of property management principles is a plus.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes for clients.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations is essential.

• A valid real estate license is required or must be obtained within a specified timeframe after hiring.
