About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy individual to join our team as an Inside Sales Assistant (ISA) | Client Experience Coordinator (CEC) & Marketing Coordinator. This is a hybrid role, primarily work-from-home, but requires the ability to come into the team office as needed, or if cloud-based, a designated space as directed by Amy Haggstrom. This role is crucial in supporting our lead agent by managing lead generation, client experience, and marketing initiatives. While administrative experience in real estate is a plus, it is not required. This is an independent contractor position.
Responsibilities:
- Inside Sales Assistant (ISA):
- Manage and respond to incoming leads from various sources.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the lead agent.
- Nurture leads through consistent follow-up and communication.
- Maintain and update the CRM with lead information and communication history.
- Track and report on lead generation efforts.
- Client Experience Coordinator (CEC):
- Manage client communication and provide timely updates throughout the transaction process.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and other parties to ensure smooth transactions.
- Proactively address client needs and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Gather client feedback and implement strategies for improving client experience.
- Marketing Coordinator:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Manage social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram), including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
- Create marketing materials (e.g., flyers, brochures, email newsletters).
- Track and analyze marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Assist with website updates and content management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a fast-paced administrative, sales, or customer service role.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other technology tools.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage a remote work schedule, and collaborate effectively with a team.
- Must reside in the Council Bluffs, IA area and be able to come into the office as needed or connect at a location determined by the team leader (Amy Haggstrom).
- Reliable internet access and home office setup.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Compensation:
$18/hr | 25 hrs a week + $150 Appointment Conversion Bonus at closing, with possibility of moving to full-time within the first year dependent upon job performance and team production.
