Position: Realtor (Houston, TX)

We are seeking a driven and client-oriented Realtor to join our Houston team. As part of our relocation services, you will guide international and local clients through the purchase, sale, and leasing of properties, while upholding the highest ethical and professional standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent buyers, sellers, and renters in real estate transactions.
  • Provide accurate market insights, property evaluations, and guidance during negotiations.
  • List properties, organize showings, and prepare all required documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with NAR’s 
    Code of Ethics
     and Texas real estate laws.
  • Collaborate with our legal, immigration, and business consulting teams to deliver a one-stop relocation solution.
  • Build long-term client relationships through trust, transparency, and excellent service.

Requirements

  • Active 
    Texas Real Estate License
     (mandatory).
  • Membership in the 
    National Association of REALTORS (NAR)
     or willingness to obtain it.
  • Proven track record in real estate sales, leasing, or brokerage.
  • Strong negotiation, networking, and communication skills.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required.
  • Self-motivated, professional, and client-focused.

Location: Houston, TX or USA

Employment Type: $40,000 USD per year + (Commission-based)
