Location: Eastchester, New York. Department: MMG – Eastchester Clinical. Work Shift: Day. Work Days: MON‑FRI. Scheduled Hours: 8 AM‑5 PM. Scheduled Daily Hours: 8 HOURS. Pay Range: $208,000.00–$260,000.00.
Internal Medicine – Ambulatory Montefiore Medical Group (MMG) is part of a network of primary‑care practices across the Bronx and Westchester counties. MMG provides a collaborative team environment and the opportunity to make a real difference in patient care. Several MMG sites qualify to support J‑1 waivers, H‑1B visas, and the NHSC/HRSA Medical School Loan Repayment Program.
Responsibilities
- Manage and direct general physician medical care
- Emphasize early detection of ailments, prevention, and overall wellness
- Serve as the first point of call for all patients
- Collaborate with the Integrated Behavioral Health team to provide holistic primary care
- Collaborate with medical leadership and quality coaches to ensure best practices
- Focus strongly on quality outcomes and full coordination of care

Requirements
- Completion of a U.S. accredited Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency program
- NYS medical license
- Board eligibility/board certification
- DEA registration
- BLS certification
