A respected national law firm is seeking a highly motivated Associate Attorney with 3–5 years of commercial litigation experience, particularly in construction and real estate matters, to join its San Antonio office.

The successful candidate will have experience in:

• Drafting and responding to discovery
• Preparing and arguing motions
• Taking and defending depositions
• Working with expert witnesses
• Developing and executing comprehensive case strategies

Strong proficiency in drafting pleadings and motions is essential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• The ability to manage multiple deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Admission to practice in Texas
• Legally authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship available)
