Job Overview

Under general supervision of the Information Technology Supervisor II, the incumbent is responsible for providing dedicated help desk support to 21 regional centers for the Electronic Billing, eAttendance, and Uniform Fiscal System (UFS) applications. The incumbent must have a strong customer service focus with excellent analytical skills. The incumbent should also possess financial and business accounting skills, as well as advanced Excel skills to troubleshoot application or data issues. The incumbent must work as part of the application support team to identify application deficiencies, provide solutions, develop test cases, and test changes to the applications.

Working Conditions

Work is performed in open-spaced partitioned offices. Prolonged periods on a computer up to 90% of the time. This hybrid position may require in‑office or any designated location reporting. Telework agreements can be modified or cancelled at any time.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service focus with excellent analytical skills.
  • Financial and business accounting skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills for application or data troubleshooting.
  • Ability to develop test cases and test changes to applications.
  • Must be able to identify application deficiencies and provide solutions.
  • Lawful authorization to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Minimum Requirements

  • Explain background in customer service and types of support or assistance provided to customers or end users.
  • Describe experience collecting, reviewing, and interpreting data to support decision‑making or improve processes.
