About the Role:

LHH is seeking an Administrative & Data Support Specialist to join one of our top clients in the Arlington area.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a structured yet fast-paced environment, enjoys working with data, and has strong attention to detail. You’ll play a key role in supporting contract updates, data management, and pricing analysis to help keep daily operations efficient and compliant.

This is a ongoing temporary position for the next 2+ months. Location. Arlington, VA (Onsite 4 days/week – Fridays remote). Pay is $24–$29 per hour based on experience.

What You’ll Do:

  • Update and maintain the contracts database under the direction of team leads.
  • Assist the Sourcing team with processing contract amendments.
  • Manage document routing through DocuSign to ensure timely execution.
  • Support pricing data analysis from RFPs and vendor submissions.
  • Gather data, track follow-ups, and draft professional communications with internal teams and external partners.
  • Perform data analysis and reporting using Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH, Pivot Tables, logical operators, etc.).

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong Excel skills (advanced formulas and data manipulation required).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with databases and document management systems.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to prioritize multiple tasks independently.
  • Experience with Workday or another ERP system is a plus.
