Information Technology Systems Manager
1st Liberty FCU is actively searching for an onsite IT Systems Manager located in our R.H. Scott branch office, just outside of the Malmstrom Air Force Base in Great Falls, MT. Responsibilities:
- Direct, oversee, organize, supervisor and implement all aspects of 1st Liberty FCU’s Core Data Processing System and Department.
- Maintain, trouble-shoot/problem solve network and core data systems, internet, security hardware and software problems, contract negotiations, and 3rd party due diligence.
- Oversee, train, mentor, and supervise the Data Processing staff.
- Maintain policies and procedures of the Data Processing department.
- Responsible for creating and developing system reports and assisting upper management with system efficiencies and projects.
- Maintain the safety and soundness of all the credit union’s Core System and Data Processing hardware and software including routine testing of various equipment and systems to include our Disaster recovery plan.
Requirements:
- Prefer a college degree in information systems and/or comparable education preferred or a minimum of 3 years of core data systems, programming, report writing and network experience.
- Prefer an individual with strong credit union background.
- Must have 3 years previous management experience and IT background.
- Previous contract negotiation, third party vendor experience.
- Must have strong and professional communication and people skills.
- Must have a broad working understanding/experience of Microsoft, Core Data Systems, Programming, UNIX, Internet, Networks, ISPs, Thin Clients, Virtual Services, ATMs, security and related technologies; peripheral equipment, such as, signature pads, receipt printers a plus.
- Prefer an individual with phone networking and troubleshooting experience with Century Link and Spectrum.
- Strong analytical skills and problem solving experience required.
- Demonstrated ability to trouble-shoot/problem solve core data system, networks, hardware or software problems; experience with Symitar and VM Ware systems a plus.
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to train others effectively required.
- Flexibility to travel over night to various branch offices in Montana.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License.
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time and can lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
