Salary: $105,000 – $120,000 per year (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time | On-Site (with travel between stores as needed)

The Opportunity
We’re seeking an experienced IT Specialist to oversee and support technology across all WE Auto locations. This hands-on position ensures our systems, networks, and users are supported so our dealerships can deliver an exceptional customer and employee experience every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and support hardware, software, servers, and network infrastructure across all locations.
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot systems, VPNs, and security protocols (firewalls, backups, access controls).
- Set up and manage user accounts, workstations, and access permissions.
- Partner with department leaders to ensure efficient use of technology tools.
- Implement system upgrades, updates, and cybersecurity measures.
- Document network configurations and provide ongoing end-user training and support.
What You’ll Bring
- 4+ years of IT experience (multi-site or dealership experience preferred).
- Proficiency in Windows, Mac OS, and network management (LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls).
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and project-management skills.
- Self-starter who enjoys both independence and collaboration across teams.
- Ability to travel periodically between Ann Arbor, MI, and Gallatin, TN.
