Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Intern located in West Hollywood, CA. The Real Estate Intern will be responsible for assisting with real estate transactions, providing customer service to clients, supporting real estate development projects, conducting sales activities, and managing real property records. The intern will also have opportunities to learn about the real estate industry and develop professional skills through hands-on experience.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Experience or interest in Real Estate Development
• Ability to assist with Sales activities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in West Hollywood, CA
• Proactive and enthusiastic attitude towards learning
• Relevant coursework or degree in Real Estate, Business, or related fields is a plus
• Real estate underwriting
• Excel
