About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and organized Real Estate Lease & Portfolio Manager to oversee the company’s retail lease portfolio across multiple markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for negotiating, managing, and optimizing commercial leases while maintaining positive relationships with landlords and ensuring compliance with all lease terms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of retail store leases, including negotiation, renewals, terminations, and amendments.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of all lease agreements, critical dates, rent schedules, and related documentation.
• Liaise with landlords, property managers, brokers, and legal counsel to resolve lease-related issues.
• Conduct market analysis and assist in identifying new store locations or relocation opportunities.
• Review lease terms to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with company objectives.
• Coordinate with accounting to ensure timely rent payments and accurate expense reporting.
• Prepare lease summaries and management reports highlighting key dates, risks, and opportunities.
• Support expansion strategies by evaluating potential sites and providing financial and demographic insights.
• Partner with construction and operations teams during site openings, remodels, and closures.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and local/state regulations regarding real estate transactions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in commercial real estate lease management or retail property management.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and real estate management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience:

• Background in retail, wireless, or multi-unit franchise operations.
• Familiarity with Metro by T-Mobile retail operations or Master Dealer structure.
• Experience with lease administration platforms or real estate databases.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42, $48,000.00 per year
