About the Role

We are a top-producing Philadelphia real estate team known for our professionalism, integrity, and client-focused approach. We’re seeking a full-time, in-person Operations & Marketing Coordinator to serve as the organizational and creative backbone of our business.

This position blends operations, marketing, leadership, and client service — supporting active transactions, managing systems, coordinating listings, and guiding the team toward greater efficiency and growth.

The right candidate will be a natural leader with strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage both tasks and people.

Key Responsibilities- Operations & Leadership

  • Provide leadership in organizing priorities, enforcing systems, and maintaining accountability across the team.
  • Coordinate showings, inspections, photography, and open houses.
  • Ensure all listing and transaction files meet compliance standards.
  • Support the team leader with meeting preparation, scheduling, and performance tracking.

Marketing & Brand Growth

  • Oversee marketing initiatives and brand consistency across social, email, and property platforms.
  • Manage MLS input, signage, feature sheets, website updates, and promotional materials.
  • Create and schedule engaging content using Canva and team templates.
  • Analyze marketing performance and make recommendations for improvement.

Team Development

  • Act as the in-office point person—coordinating with virtual staff, vendors, and agents.
  • Assist in onboarding new team members and maintaining team culture and standards.
  • Lead weekly check-ins or briefings to ensure alignment on priorities and deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Experience in real estate operations, marketing, or team management preferred (licensed or unlicensed).
  • Proficiency in KW Command, Dotloop, Google Workspace, Cloze, and Canva strongly preferred.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable transportation and availability Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Some weekends as needed

Compensation & Growth

  • $45,000–$60,000/year, based on experience.
  • Paid holidays and PTO after the probationary period.
