You’ll Love Coming to Work Every Day If You Get, Want, and Have the Capacity To:

• Manage industrial and commercial construction projects from conception to close‑out – budgeting, scheduling, procurement, quality control, and risk management.
• Partner closely with the Director of PDS and internal teams to deliver seamless project execution.
• Oversee contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure quality, safety, and performance standards are met.
• Engage directly with tenants and brokers to develop scopes of work and deliver on‑time, on‑budget build‑outs that exceed expectations.
• Conduct site walks, monitor progress, and proactively resolve field issues to keep projects moving.
• Implement communication plans, facilitate meetings, and document project progress throughout the construction lifecycle.
• Support preconstruction activities including bid reviews, estimates, and material procurement.
