About the Role

Apex Homes is expanding our team and we’re looking for early-career professionals with backgrounds in architecture, construction, civil/structural engineering, or real estate who want to leverage their expertise in a high-impact client-facing role.

As a Sales Associate, you’ll become the first friendly face homeowners meet when they’re exploring ADUs. You’ll explain zoning, feasibility, and our design-build process, while building trust and guiding them through key decisions.

We’ll provide full training, and you bring the energy, clarity, and drive to help people.

Ideal Candidate

• Degree or experience in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or related real estate experience
• Excellent communicator with a natural sales personality — warm, curious, confident
• Passionate about housing, urban design, or real estate
• Organized, eager to learn, and excited to grow in a mission-driven team
• Mandarin, Spanish, or Vietnamese speaking a plus!
