Now, we’re looking for the next generation of ironworkers to join our ranks through our Apprenticeship Program.
What You’ll Learn
As an apprentice, you’ll earn while you learn. Our comprehensive training program combines classroom instruction with hands-on experience in the field. You’ll gain skills in:
- Structural steel erection
- Reinforcing steel (rebar) installation
- Rigging and welding
- Blueprint reading and safety procedures
- Use of tools and heavy equipment
What We’re Looking For
We welcome applicants who are:
- At least 18 years old
- High school graduates or GED holders
- Physically fit and able to work at heights
- Willing to work in all weather conditions
- Drug-free and safety-conscious
- Motivated to learn and grow in a union career
